1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Radio+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Radio+ for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Radio+ Premium — Subscription Terms
Radio+ Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks:
– Ad-free listening
– Unlimited saved favorites
– Support for ongoing development
Available plans:
– Radio+ Monthly — billed monthly at the price shown at purchase
– Radio+ Yearly — billed annually at the price shown at purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refund is given for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. Content
This app aggregates publicly available internet radio stations using the Radio Browser API (https://api.radio-browser.info), a free, open-source, community-maintained directory licensed under the AGPL-3.0 licensed (GitHub: segler-alex/radiobrowser-api-rust – link:https://github.com/segler-alex/radiobrowser-api-rust). The app does not host, store, download, or transcode any audio content. All streams are publicly broadcast by their respective license holders. We do not claim any rights over third-party station content.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse engineer the app, use it for commercial redistribution, or attempt to circumvent any subscription enforcement.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content broadcast by any radio station.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

راديو+ بريميوم اشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا يتيح لك:

– دعم تطوير التطبيق
الباقات المتاحة:
– راديو+ شهري — يُجدَّد شهريًا بالسعر المعروض عند الشراء
– راديو+ سنوي — يُجدَّد سنويًا بالسعر المعروض عند الشراء
يُخصم الدفع من Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة من انتهاء الفترة الحالية. يمكن إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت عبر إعدادات iPhone/iPad ←

4. المحتوى
يجمع هذا التطبيق محطات الراديو المتاحة للعموم عبر الإنترنت باستخدام Radio Browser API (https://api.radio-browser.info)، وهو دليل مجاني ومفتوح المصدر تديره المجتمع بموجب رخصة AGPL-3.0 (GitHub: segler-alex/radiobrowser-api-rust – link:https://github.com/segler-alex/radiobrowser-api-rust). لا يستضيف التطبيق أي محتوى صوتي ولا يخزنه أو يحمّله أو يعيد ترميزه. جميع البث متاح للعموم من قِبَل أصحابه المرخّصين. لا ندّعي أي حقوق على محتوى المحطات التابعة لجهات خارجية.
5. الاستخدام المحظور
يُحظر: هندسة التطبيق عكسيًا، أو استخدامه لأغراض تجارية، أو محاولة التحايل على نظام الاشتراكات.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق “كما هو” دون أي ضمانات. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى أي محطة إذاعية.
7. التعديلات
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبول الشروط المحدّثة.
